Happy Thanksgiving to all! As of the time this post was published, we're just on the other side of the big day
Being that most everyone has just spent the past few days prepping and cooking dishes for big Thanksgiving meals, you may find yourself not wanting to do much cooking by the weekend. The good news with this recipe is that you likely already have most (if not all) of the ingredients already in your kitchen & it doesn't take long to make!
This dish is also a favorite of mine to make during snow days. Few things during a snow day at home are better than having a plate of this while watching snow fall.
What makes this French Toast recipe stand above others is the inclusion of flour, cinnamon and maple extract to the egg mix that the bread is dipped in. Does this have to be served immediately after cooking? Or can this dish be kept & keep warm to serve after cooking?
This dish needs to be served immediately after cooking
Can any of this be prepped ahead of time? (say, the night before a Saturday morning long run?)
For this dish, you can't really prep ahead of time, but fortunately it takes little time to prep & cook!
