Mushroom Relish Recipe (Easy & Tasty)

diced mushroom relish on cutting board

This is a quick mix that I make up pretty regularly. It's easy to do & you probably have most of the ingredients in your kitchen already. If not, these can easily be found at Walmart. The mushrooms and Red Onion are easy to find in most produce sections. The basil I use is ground leaves found in the spices section. I'll add this mix to lots of things - soft tacos, breakfast burritos, pita pizzas, even lunches during the week!
