During the week leading up to a 13 mile progression run, I was trying to decide what to cook to take to the post run tailgate after. We were going to be running fast, so I knew I wanted to make something extra tasty and filling. I kept going between either making some sort of small pizza bites or frying up wontons, so I decided to combine the two! What resulted is something with so much flavor in such a small package that’s easy to eat by hand after a tough workout. It was a big hit! Recipe is below – I hope you enjoy!
